Avonpark House is a friendly, 4-star family-run guest house located in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon. Perfectly situated near the town centre, our guest house is the ideal base for exploring the area. Enjoy a short scenic walk along The Old Tramway footpath to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and town centre, where you can explore Shakespeare's Birthplace. We are also only a 5 minute drive from Stratford Racecourse and Long Marston Airfield, a 15 minute drive from Warwick Castle, and a 20 minute drive from the beautiful Cotswolds. 

We pride ourselves on offering a peaceful, quiet environment for families, couples, and single guests to unwind. Because of our tranquil setting, our guest house is not suitable for those looking for a lively party atmosphere. We have two family rooms available, which are strictly reserved for families rather than single-sex groups. Our first family room features a super king sized bed with two additional single beds. Our second family room features a super king sized bed with a double sofa bed. Travel cots and high chairs are also available upon request.
