Great place to stay where you are guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome. A great breakfast with plenty of choice. Only 10 minutes flat walk into the centre of town. - Martin H
Excellent value, lovely room, (room nr 4), king bed, settee, Dyson cooling fan, fridge, tea/coffee making etc. en-suite shower room, met by Maria on arrival who explained everything and provided a map of the local area, breakfast by Malcolm was very good too, location great for a pleasant walk down to the riverside and town centre away from the main road, all in all highly recommended- Steve H
We were made very welcome at Avonpark House. The room was comfortableand absolutely spotless. Lots of little touches made it special.Breakfast was excellent and lots of choices to choose and many choices of cereals, toast and pastries. The house was a short walk along the old tramway into town and stratford. We enjoy our four day holiday and would stay at Avonpark house again. - Sara D
