Booking Terms & Conditions


We accept payment by cash, debit card or credit card. Including Switch, Visa, Mastercard. We do not take a deposit, but request payment on check in. We do not accept American Express.

Pre authorisation. We reserve the right to pre authorise credit card payments up to 72 hours before arrival. If this is declined, we will cancel the booking.


Debit/credit card details are all that are required to guarantee your reservation. We will be pleased to take credit card details by telephone or fax, if you prefer.


Cancellations within 72 hours of 10.00am of the day of arrival are liable for full payment of the first nights stay per room booked. No charge will be made if the room can be relet.

(This policy follows Tourist Board recommendations). If more than one room is booked by the same party, seven days notice is required to cancel, to avoid incurring a charge.

Check In/Out Time

Check in from 2pm, latest check in time is 9.00pm, (7.00pm on Saturday and Sunday). If you require times outside these please contact us for details as earlier or later times are available with prior arrangement

Check out must be by 10.00am on the day of departure. You are welcome to leave your car on the driveway until 3pm on day of departure but please tell inform the manager. Non motorist guests may leave their luggage with us until ready to depart if prior arrangement has been made.


Friday and Saturday night bookings along with Bank Holiday Weekend bookings are subject to a minimum 2 night booking policy. Where a single night stay is agreed with the manager, price may differ to published rates.

Special Offers are quoted against our High Season tariff. Only one offer may be used at a time.
