Prices vary depending on the season and are inclusive of breakfast and tax. All rooms are en-suite shower.
Children are welcome, but there is a minimum age limit of one year old. Considerate behaviour for other Guests, is expected at all times. Cots supplied at a charge of £15. Under 3 years old, sharing same bed as parents, additional £5 if having breakfast. Over 3 years old, the family room must be booked.
Long stay rates for business people, and group bookings are negotiable. Please phone for details. We do not accept hen or stag parties. Nor do we accept clubbers or couples under 21.
*Single occupancy is available for selected rooms only.
** Primary Family room may be occupied by four adults or two adults and two children, with Secondary Family may be occupied by two adults & two children up to 12 years old.
En-suite: All rooms are en-suite with walk-in showers.
Smoking: The Guest House is STRICTLY non smoking as per UK law. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning or redecoration surcharge of up to £200, if Guests infringe this rule.
