Shakespeare Theatre (RSC),the birthplace of William Shakespeare and Warwick Castle. Stratford
is also a convenient touring base for Warwickshire and the Cotswolds. There is always 
something on, or something to do and see. We have held our tariffs at 2011 levels.

We do not accept hen or stag parties. Nor do we accept clubbers or couples under 21.

Children are welcome, but there is a minimum age limit of one year old.
Considerate behaviour for other Guests, is expected at all times.
Cots supplied at a charge of £10.
Under 3 years old, sharing same bed as parents, additional £3 if having breakfast.
Over 3 years old, the family room must be booked.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment:We accept payment by cash, debit card or credit card. Including Switch, Visa, Mastercard. We do not take a deposit, but request payment on check in. We do not accept American Express.
Pre authorisation. We reserve the right to pre authorise credit card payments up to 72 hours before arrival. If this is declined, we will cancel the booking.

Deposit: Debit/credit card details are all that are required to guarantee your reservation. We will be pleased to take credit card
details by telephone or fax, if you prefer.

Friday and Saturday night bookings: are subject to a minimum 2 night booking policy.
Where a single night stay is agreed with the manager, price may differ to published rates.

Bank Holiday weekends, are subject to a minimum 2 night policy.

Cancellation: Cancellations within 72 hours of 10.00am of the day of arrival are liable for full payment of the first
nights stay per room booked. No charge will be made if the room can be relet.
(This policy follows Tourist Board recommendations). If more than one room is booked by the same party, seven days notice is required to cancel, to avoid incurring a charge.

Check In time: From 2pm. Latest check in 9.00pm. (7.00pm on Saturday and Sunday) Earlier or later times available by prior arrangement.

Check Out time: By 10.00am on the day of departure. You are welcome to leave your car on the driveway until 3pm on day of departure but please tell the manager. Non motorist Guests may leave their luggage with us until ready to depart.

En Suite: All rooms are en-suite with shower.

Smoking: The Guest House is STRICTLY non smoking as per UK law. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning or redecoration surcharge of up to £200, if Guests infringe this rule.
