Children are welcome, but there is a minimum age limit of one year old.
Considerate behaviour for other Guests, is expected at all times.

Deposit: Debit/credit card details are all that are required to guarantee your reservation. We will be pleased to take credit card
details by telephone or fax, if you prefer.

Friday and Saturday night bookings: are subject to a minimum 2 night booking policy.

Bank Holiday weekends, are subject to a minimum 2 night policy, to be booked as Friday and Saturday OR
Sunday and Monday

Cancellation: Cancellations within 72 hours of your stay are liable for full payment of the first
nights stay per room booked. No charge will be made if the room can be relet.
(This policy follows Tourist Board recommendations).

Check In time: From 2pm. Latest check in 9.30pm. Earlier or later times available by prior arrangement.

Check Out time: By 10.00am on the day of departure. You are welcome to leave your car on the driveway for longer, or luggage,
by prior arrangement.
Pre authorisation. We reserve the right to pre authorise credit card payments up to 72 hours before arrival.

Special Offers are quoted against our High Season tariff. Only one offer may be used at a time.

*Single occupancy is available for selected rooms only.

** Family room may be occupied by three adults or two adults and two children up to 12 years old. But no, same sex groups.
